Meet CATHERINE

Catherine graduated from North Carolina State University and began her career at Ferguson Bath, Kitchen, and Lighting Gallery as a Sales & Design Consultant, where she developed a strong attention to detail and a passion for helping clients. After 8 years with Ferguson, she made the move into Charlotte’s thriving real estate market  in 2013, and hasn’t looked back.

In 2018, a move to be closer to family brought Catherine to Pawleys Island, where she continued her work in real estate. She joined the Jamie Beard Team in August of 2023 and plays a key role behind the scenes as the team’s transaction coordinator, helping keep every deal organized and moving smoothly from contract to closing. She loves supporting the agents she works with and making sure clients have a seamless experience along the way. Known for her organization, reliability, and positive attitude, Catherine enjoys being part of a team where everyone works together to get the job done.

When she’s not keeping transactions on track, Catherine's heart brims with adoration for her family, comprising of her husband Tate, their sons Hampton and Walter, and their 2 Goldendoodles - Birdie & Olive. Catherine can usually be spotted walking and playing soccer in the yard with her boys. She is also an active member at All Saints Church in Pawleys.
